By using the Door-Jammer, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to alter product pricing, specification and description without notice. All products are checked before they are dispatched but in the unlikely event you receive a damaged item please send it back to us and we will by return send you out a replacement. This will be a free of charge replacement if the item was damaged prior to delivery. Any wear and tear or misuse is not covered under our returns policy. If you are in any doubt please email us with your questions prior to purchase.
Payment Details
As a precaution to credit card fraud we can only send orders to the address to which the credit card is registered. We accept all major credit and debit cards Inc: Visa*, MasterCard, JCB and American Express. We also accept cheques for mail order purchases (please allow 7-10 days for cheques to clear) before orders are sent out.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped on a 1-2 day ground service. DoorJammer endeavours to dispatch all orders the same day they are placed. Returns Policy If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the merchandise is unused and in the same condition as purchased, return it for a refund. If you have the original receipt, DoorJammer will refund the item based on the original form of payment. Returns must also be received within 14 days of purchase. Without receipt a DoorJammer credit note will be issued for the current price of the item. DoorJammer can limit the number of returns without receipt. DoorJammer reserves the right to deny any refund or exchange. Customers will be charged for the cost of shipping in the exchange of goods. Cost of shipping is determined by the weight of the goods.
